Terms of Service

Effective date: October 16, 2026

1. Introduction and scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Amantinas Inc.’s public website, online forms, digital resources, and related communication services.

“Amantinas,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Amantinas Inc. “You” refers to the person accessing our resources or communicating with us, including an authorized representative acting for another person or organization.

Our website primarily provides information about our business and supports communication with clients and prospective clients. It is not a public banking service, investment exchange, emergency response system, or guarantee of housing or financing.

These Terms apply to the extent you validly agree to them under applicable law. Accessing information or contacting us does not, by itself, establish a paid service relationship.

2. Separate agreements control actual services

Our business activities may include property ownership, rental arrangements, property and service coordination, housing-related assistance, financing arrangements where offered, and related administrative services.

Actual services, eligibility requirements, financial obligations, fees, cancellation rights, and deadlines are established by the applicable written agreement and law.

A lease, loan agreement, purchase agreement, property agreement, or other separately executed contract controls over these Terms concerning that transaction.

These Terms do not amend a signed agreement, create a lien, authorize a charge, establish a loan, or waive a legally required disclosure.

3. No guarantee of approval, availability, or results

Unless expressly promised in an applicable written agreement, Amantinas does not guarantee:

  • Housing availability, application acceptance, financing approval, or closing.
  • Property condition, valuation, appreciation, occupancy, or investment returns.
  • The accuracy or completeness of third-party listings, public records, estimates, or statements.
  • A third party’s performance, availability, solvency, or compliance.
  • A particular response time, delivery time, or uninterrupted availability of digital services.

Preliminary calculations, projections, illustrations, and discussions are estimates rather than binding commitments. Verify material information before entering a transaction or incurring an expense.

Nothing in this section excuses a legally required disclosure or an obligation expressly undertaken by Amantinas.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Promptly reporting important changes and identified errors.
  • Having authority to submit information or act for someone else.
  • Reviewing documents before signing and obtaining independent advice when appropriate.
  • Protecting your own devices, accounts, passwords, and verification codes.
  • Following lawful instructions and the requirements of your applicable agreement.

You must not submit fraudulent documents, impersonate another person, interfere with our systems, send unlawful or abusive material, or attempt unauthorized access to information.

We may restrict access to digital resources when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security concerns, or legal requirements. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

5. Sensitive information and payment verification

Do not send passwords, full payment card information, Social Security numbers, or similarly sensitive information through ordinary text messages or unsecured email unless an appropriate method has been arranged.

Before acting on new or changed payment instructions, independently verify them using a previously established contact method. Do not rely solely on an unexpected email, text, attachment, or incoming caller ID.

These precautions do not transfer to you responsibilities that applicable law places on Amantinas.

6. Electronic communications and signatures

We may communicate through telephone, email, text messages, online forms, electronic document services, and other agreed channels.

Where electronic delivery or signatures require specific consent or disclosures, those requirements will be addressed through the applicable transaction process. These Terms are not a substitute for legally required electronic delivery consent.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt by a system; it does not necessarily confirm human review, approval, acceptance, or completion of a transaction.

A text message, email, task entry, or automated summary does not amend an agreement unless the applicable agreement and law permit that method and the necessary parties validly agree.

Formal notices must follow the delivery requirements in the applicable agreement and law.

7. SMS messaging terms

Program name: Amantinas Customer Support

With appropriate consent, we may send service-related text messages about inquiries, appointments, customer support, property matters, document coordination, and other updates within the scope of your consent and our approved messaging program.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
  • Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@amantinas.com.
  • You may receive a final message confirming an opt-out request.
  • After opting out, you may continue communicating with us through other available channels.

Providing a telephone number does not, by itself, authorize promotional messages. We obtain any additional consent required for promotional communications.

Message delivery is subject to telecommunications networks, carrier policies, device settings, and service availability. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging must not be relied upon for emergencies or as a substitute for a legally prescribed notice method.

Our Privacy Policy describes how messaging information is handled.

8. Calls, transcription, and artificial intelligence

When enabled, calls may be recorded, transcribed, or summarized using technology that may include artificial intelligence. We provide notice and obtain consent where required.

Automated tools may assist with organizing communications, identifying follow-up items, and preparing internal records. Their output may be incomplete or inaccurate.

An AI-generated statement, task, date, or summary does not independently establish your consent, change your obligations, approve a transaction, or replace an original document.

Tell our representative if you prefer a communication method that does not involve recording or transcription. We will discuss available alternatives.

9. Third-party providers and independent professionals

We use third-party systems and APIs for communications, storage, hosting, scheduling, electronic signatures, records, and task coordination.

An API is a technical connection that allows systems to exchange information for a defined function.

We do not control every aspect of a provider’s infrastructure, network, or independent conduct. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent provider’s acts or failures outside our reasonable control.

A reference or introduction to an independent contractor, lender, broker, inspector, insurer, attorney, or other professional does not automatically make that party our employee or agent.

Responsibility depends on the actual relationship, applicable agreement, and law. Nothing here disclaims our own nonwaivable duties concerning provider selection, supervision, security, or performance.

10. Website content and professional advice

Website information and general communications are provided for informational and administrative purposes.

They are not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, investment, accounting, engineering, or other professional advice. Obtain qualified independent advice when your circumstances require it.

No professional advisory relationship is created merely by viewing our website or exchanging preliminary communications.

11. Intellectual property and submitted materials

Amantinas or its licensors retain rights in original website materials, software, designs, and business resources. You may use them for legitimate personal or business dealings with us.

You retain your rights in materials you submit. You grant us permission to process, reproduce, transmit, and store those materials only as reasonably necessary to handle your request, provide services, maintain records, and comply with law.

This permission does not authorize selling your personal information or using your materials for unrelated advertising.

12. Fees, cancellations, and refunds

Fees, payment schedules, cancellation procedures, and refund rights are governed by the applicable agreement, disclosures, and law.

Using our informational website does not itself authorize a charge or create a subscription.

Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation, refund, dispute, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Digital service disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR GENERAL WEBSITE AND OPTIONAL INFORMATIONAL DIGITAL RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

For those resources, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.

We do not warrant that such resources will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

These disclaimers do not apply to express commitments in a separate agreement, mandatory property or service warranties, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMANTINAS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF ITS GENERAL INFORMATIONAL WEBSITE OR OPTIONAL DIGITAL RESOURCES.

For claims arising solely from those resources, and only where a limitation is legally enforceable, Amantinas’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of:

1. $100, or

2. The amount you paid specifically for the affected digital resource during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not govern liabilities arising from a separate lease, loan, property, purchase, or service agreement.

It does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. It does not waive nonwaivable housing, lending, consumer, privacy, security, or personal injury protections.

15. Responsibility for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs to the extent caused by your fraud, unlawful misuse of our systems, or knowing submission of material you had no right to provide.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Amantinas for its own negligence, misconduct, statutory violations, or independent legal obligations.

16. Events beyond reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control to the extent applicable law and the relevant agreement excuse that failure.

Examples may include natural disasters, widespread telecommunications failures, government restrictions, and major infrastructure disruptions.

This provision does not excuse obligations that remain enforceable by law, including applicable safety, security, notice, or payment requirements.

17. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us about concerns so we can attempt to resolve them. Doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal right and does not shorten a legal deadline.

Georgia law governs these Terms to the extent applicable, subject to controlling federal law and mandatory protections of another jurisdiction.

A separate agreement may establish appropriate dispute procedures. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a jury trial, or restrict a legally required venue.

18. Changes, severability, and contact

Updates will identify a revised effective date. Material contractual changes require notice and agreement where applicable; simply posting a revision does not necessarily amend an existing agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
